We understand that navigating the process of obtaining high-quality ABA therapy can feel overwhelming. At ABA Concepts, our goal is to make the process of beginning and maintaining services as smooth, supportive, and transparent as possible.
Our practice is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all families and stakeholders. We proudly serve individuals from 18 months through adulthood, tailoring every treatment plan to meet each client's unique needs. Our highly trained team will work collaboratively with you to develop a client-centered, individualized therapy plan that fits your goals.
Included in this family packet are important forms required to begin the screening and intake process. Forms can be submitted via email or fax, and most will be collected during the initial home visit.
